1. How to become our  member? 
      Register on our web, you can be a free member, click the register button, then fulfill all your necessary and effective information, submit your application. Website system will automatically congratulate you succeeded to become one of our valued customers.  All the process only takes few minutes and is free! Once you are our member, you can place order on website.  If you still have any question about how to register, welcome to leave your message on our website, our professional staff will  reply you in 24 hours.

2. How to search the items I am looking for? 
     Search for the item by keyword, otherwise you can either search the name of the item or a style number of the item ( ID ). Furthermore, Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in something could not find in our website, we will try our best to looking for you.       

3. Do you have some discount policy?
     Yes, we do both wholesale and retail, so we have different discount to different amount. you can refer the discount policy to get more information.

4. Is the price included shipping charge?  
       No, the price is for wholesale without shipping charge.

5. How much should I pay for the shipment?  
      It is calculated according to the distance of different country and the total weight of the goods.  you can the shipping from your order.     

6. What express company you usually used?  
      It depends on the country and your request, we recommend all our dear customers to send by EMS or UPS, FEDEX,Express Companies. As they are much faster and safer.

7. How can I know my order status?  
      Once we send the items, we will provide you with a tracking number of the express company as well within 24 hours, with which you can check your order online.   

8.  How long can I receive my goods?  
       It usually, on average, takes 5-8 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.  

9. What if my order is not sent?  
      Orders that are not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, thus, please confirm your contact  information with us before package is shipped out. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be sent to the customer and will only be resent upon the transaction confirmed again.      

10. The guarantee of your benefits?  
       We inspect all our products in our warehouse, before we ship to you. Nothing is shipped out without quality & quantity  control of your order. If any quality and shortage happened during transit are under our side, please inform us in time  and we will make 100% compensate. If our failing to complete your order caused by force major, we will negotiate with  you in time and come up with an acceptable settlement way. If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to  call our service phone, we will do our best to settle your problem.     

11. Why don’t write the order NO. on the receipt?  
       For the strict management of foreign exchange system here, the payment will be inspected for long time if there is some sign about the trade. And the payment is returned for this which causes the loss of your time and maybe double handling. So there is no need for the notes on the receipt for example, for trade, my order or the order number, brand of clothing, item ID etc.     

12. How do you know the amount is mine?  
       Though you write the order number on the “detail” of receipt, we cannot receive the receipt of your payment at all, the  bank officer will not give us the receipt, just tells us the amount. Please rest assured we also can know the payment belongs  to whom. So you just need to tell your special sales personnel what currency and the exact amount you have paid. Then we judge the payment belongs to whom by it. 

13.  returns and refund policy.
       We care about our customer and customer satisfaction is always # 1. So, it's not exactly what you expected? Did not quite fit? If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please email me within 48 hrs of receiving your item to arrange for a return. Item must be unused and in the same condition. Refund will be issued for full order amount. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Must be returned within 7 days. Any issues please email us as we believe we can solve any problems that may arise. We are here to help. Once we receive the item in its original condition with tags still attached, we will refund the entire amount (less shipping charges). If you are returning the item because of an error on our part (e.g. we sent you the wrong size or wrong model), we will cover all shipping fees.
Replace or Refund
      When we received and test products refunded, if packing are in good condition and relevant accessories such as instruction and guarantee label completed.
     1. The new and good products will be sent again same as last one if exchange.
     2. Products expenses will return to customer
